We are the whirled.
Human biology was born by life's billion year evolution on Earth. Health is inherent—an expression of harmony with the natural order of life—our divine right. Every living organism knows how to be healthy. Every cell of our body has its instructions—its genetic code—those spiral stairways of DNA—which native cultures refer to as "Original Instructions."
Disease is evidence of disorder and confusion contrary to the natural balance of our biology. Our body-mind duality means mental illness and physical disease manifest our imperfect unity of being. We are sick because we forget how to act within Earth's ecological order and natural balance. Thus, Earth restoration IS human healing—different facets of one process.
To recover our health, we must learn to participate in Nature's order again. For Nature's ecological communities to return to balance and abundance, each of us must choose to act to regenerate Nature—or continue current rapid disruption of the planet's Web of Life.
But life's goal isn't mere health or happiness, but Destiny.
