HEALINGRESTORATIONTRANSFORMATION

We have on our side
one great force:
the power of Creation,
with good care
and kindly use,
to heal itself.

Healing Ourselves

We are the world. Humans were created by Earth's billion year biological evolution. Health—inherent harmony with the natural order of life—is our divine right. Every cell of our body knows how to be healthy. Disease is evidence of disorder and confusion contrary to the natural balance and function of our biology.

Earth restoration arises from human healing. As we recover our health, and learn to participate again in the order of Nature, all of nature and its ecological communities can return to balance and abundance. Each of us must choose whether to act to regenerate Nature, or continue our current rapid destruction of the planet's Web of Life.

We are a body-mind duality. Mental illness and physical disease are mutual manifestations of our implicit indivisible unity of being. We are sick because we forget how to act within Earth's natural order and balance. But life's goal isn't mere health, but to fulfill our Destiny.

Natural healing has five primary priorities:

  • getting rid of waste
  • food is our best medicine
  • balance carbohydrates and protein
  • acid-alkaline balance
  • trace elements and electrolytes
  • salts of the seas
